Professional Presenter Swiss-Army Knife: Edit For PowerPoint

If you invest a lot of time in PowerPoint and in the editing and creation of complex slide layouts, here is a tool that may simplify and automate much of your work.

A swiss-army knife for the professional PowerPoint presenter, Edit is a suite of tools that simplifies, speeds-up or autmates PowerPoint tasks that would normally require multiple clicks, selections and wading through sequences of menus and dialog boxes.

Edit for PowerPoint helps modify and rebuild complex slides and makes it possible to avoid having to recreate animations settings each time.

Eveything can be shortcuted by Edit and made accessible right from a toolbar or from the PowerPoint menu bar itself!

With two clicks you can easily pick and reapply any setting, preference or option that you need to use in PowerPoint without having to wade through countless submenus.

Animations Setting Painter
Just two clicks allow you to easily pick up and reapply those complex animations you would have otherwise lost while modifying groups.

Size, Position and Format Painter
Apply multiple attributes from an object to any other object(s) in any open presentation. This one tool picks up not only the size and position of an object, but it also expands PowerPoint's native power by allowing you to pick up selected multiple formatting attributes and apply them to any object.

B&W Mode Editor
Do away with having to individually adjust each item on a slide for high-quality black & white printing. One dialogue box lets you set the mode for one or all of the following shape types globally throughout the entire presentation- Text Boxes, Autoshapes, Charts, Pictures, Freeform objects, Groups, Lines, Text Effects, Media or Tables.

Animation Click Savers
This tool lets you avoid repetitive adjustment of your animation settings in PowerPoint 2000 – without using the dialog box. Just click once to quickly change an animation from an "Automatic" to an "On-Click" animation or vice-versa – or even turn it off.

Full Screen
With this tool you'll never have to resize an imported image to fit your screen again. That's right, no more resizing - automatically resize any image or object to fill the slide.
