Concluding A Powerpoint Presentation With An Effective Q&A Session

I 'd like to suggest a great use for hyperlinks.
A great application is to use them to support Q&A sessions at the end of a presentation. I mention this in my book, "How to Do Everything with PowerPoint 2002".

At the end of a presentation, you create a slide that's titled: "Questions?"
On the Questions slide you will list the titles of the sections and topics of your presentation. Each one of these sections and topics will be hyperlinked back to the appropriate slide, either to the beginning of a section or to an important chart that the audience may have had questions about.

When they ask a question, use the hyperlinks that you have created in this last special slide to go back to the specific slide that covers the issue. On each of those slides, put an invisible hyperlink back to the Questions slide so that you can easily return to it before taking another question.
