How To Change Bullet Colors In A PowerPoint Presentation

Question: Dear Masterviews,

I have a bulleted list and would like the first word (key word) to
be a different color (let’s say dark green) than the bullet and remaining text (in black). Then I would like bullets to be a different color (Dark blue, for instance). How do I do that?

Thank you,

Doreen

Answer: Dear Doreen,

to change colors to text and bullets, please do this:

  1. Shift-Click on a bullet in your bulleted list to make sure that the whole text box become selected. You should see in fact a dotted border around the bulleted list appear immediately after.

  2. Modify the color of your bullets by utilizing Format -> Bullets and Numbering -> Color.

  3. Highlight the first word and change its color by using Format -> Font -> and change the color into the desired one.
