Creating A PowerPoint Presentation With No PowerPoint Knowledge: Autocontent Wizard

Whenever you are without any ideas on how to start and organize a new PowerPoint presentation, consider using the Autocontent Wizard.

What is the Autocontent Wizard?

The is an easy to follow, "step-by-step" guide which allows you to create the outline of a PowerPoint presentation in a few minutes.

The Autocontent Wizard contains a series of content outlines reflecting typical contents which can be used in different presentations. Using the Autocontent Wizard, you will obtain a presentation organized in a functional way and which will already contain general titles and bullets. You can choose the presentation type contents from a list that includes various subjects ranging from a business plan to a company meeting.

As a bonus, when you work with the Autocontent Wizard the facility takes care also of assigning you a ready made template, but this is a totally random assignment.

The advantage of using the Autocontent Wizard is that once you have created a presentation with this tool, you can customize each slide inputting your own titles and contents, just following the preset path.

How to use the Autocontent Wizard?

  1. Launch PowerPoint
  2. .
  3. Go to the New Presentation task pane which is displayed on the right side of the screen.

  4. Choose From Autocontent Wizard.

    The Autocontent Wizard dialog box will open and it will be ready to receive your input.

  6. Click Next on the Start dialog box.
  7. Choose the type of content presentation you are going to create and then click Next.

  11. Type the title of your final presentation and click Next.

  13. Click Finish.

Now that you have a complete presentation you can replace the preset text with your content. The ready made outline facilitates you to arrange your information in sequence.
