Advanced Reality Inc. has taken an entirely different, very challenging and bottom-up approach by releasing a beta version of Jybe, a free browser toolbar plug-in that not only allows you to browse websites together with your colleagues, friends and family: you may also chat with them while you are browsing and even run a PowerPoint presentation.

To get started you first install and enable the Jybe browser toolbar; then, to invite people to a co-browsing session, you share the name of that session with your surf-mates and then you may use the service for as long as you like.
