I(2)Drive provides corporate and personal accounts for backing up any kind of file you may need to store online. But the great news is that the free single user account allows you to store from 40MB to 1.500MB, and transfer up to 3GB of data on a monthly basis.
With the business account you can store from 500MB to 2.500MB, and transfer up to 5000MB on a monthly basis.
The I(2)Drive interface is easy-to-use and very user-friendly.
Once you have signed up into your account here is what you need to do to share a large, multimegabyte presentation file with a distant colleague:
- Sign up for an account
- Upload the file/presentation to I(2)Drive.
- Click it.
- Click on the "Share File" button.
- Enter your colleague's name and e-mail address to have the system immediately notify her.
Your friend(s) will receive an e-mail message informing of the immediate availability of your file at a unique URL. To download the presentation your friend will just have to click on the link included into the e-mail message.
With I(2)Drive it is also possible to create, store and share multiple folders.
