How To Join Multiple PowerPoint Presentations
QUESTION: Dear Masterviews,
is there a "fast" way to combine slide shows?
I have 15 PowerPoint files that I need to combine into one. When
I try to combine them, they come in out of order and even some don't
bring in the entire file.
How can I manage with it?
I am using PowerPoint 2003 and I would appreciate any advice.

ANSWER: Dear Martina,
to put together all your 15 presentations, open your main PowerPoint presentation and go to the last slide. Then follow these easy steps:
- Click "Insert" from the main menu
- Choose "Slides from File"
- Click "Browse" in the Slide Finder and select the presentation you want to combine
- Click "Insert All"
Repeat the above steps for all your other presentations.
With the above approach you should be able to join together all of the presentations you want while keeping them in the exact order you want.
