How To Create A Photo Album In PowerPoint
QUESTION: Hi All,
I am just back from a nice trip with my family and I would like to make a PowerPoint presentation containing the best pictures I have taken. These are more than 20 images.
Instead of inserting each picture in a presentation, would it be possible to import them all at once to create someting like a browseable photo album?

ANSWER: Dear Jerry,
If you have PowerPoint 2002 or 2003 on your computer, you may use the "Photo album" tool. You can find it this way:
- Open a new presentation
- Go to Insert, choose Picture, then choose New Photo Album
- Select the desired images (CTRL Click to select multiple items)
- Click Insert to confirm
PowerPoint will immediately create a slide for each single image you have chosen making it extremely easy for you to create a photo album out of any group of images you have sitting on your hard disk.
