Don't Put Too Many Numbers In Your Presentation: TJWalker Video

Using lots of numbers and statistics in your presentations?

Would like to find out whether there is a way to simplify your presentation when you have so many numbers to include?

Business presentations expert TJ Walker comes again to the rescue with a short video clip providing simple and effective advice on how to manage the use of quantitative data inside a typical presentation.

Video: TJWalker explains how to manage presentations with lots of numbers

He says: "If you want people to remember some of these numbers you got to remember some of these rules":

a) Edit more: You have to be a more selective editor, narrow it down.

b) Ask yourself: What is truly important?

c) Share all of the numbers and detailed statistics with your audience in your printed handouts, NOT in your live visual presentation.
