Presentations: Focus On The Message And The Questions Will Take Care Of Themselves: TJ Walker Video

One of the biggest fears that presenters have about delivering a presentation is the Q&A session that inevitably follows. Trying to second guess what your audience might ask you, spending time and effort working through the possibilities, is not something that is going to help you when you're up there in the spotlight.

Speaking expert TJ Walker offers a simple but effective solution:

Don't think about the questions.

Don't waste your time trying to work out what you're going to be asked, so that you can prepare the perfect answer to every question. You will never succeed.

Instead, focus on the message. Make what you have to communicate your primary concern, streamline your message, and put everything into it. And then, as TJ explains in the following short Speakcast video, the questions will look after themselves.
